We have a no return policy, which means all items are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If items are damaged or lost during shipping, we require you to file for the insurance through the shipping company. As soon as the claim is funded, we will invoice so the item can be remade with the insurance claim. We are a small shop and all items are handmade. We do not just have extra on standby.
