The story
The name on the door
JRW stands for Justin, Raymond, Wilmer. I'm Justin Ray. The R and W belong to my grandfather — everyone called him Pappy Wilmer. He and my grandmother, Bubba Sandy, made Disney our family tradition. My grandma called it "Mickey's House." We even share a birthday, Pappy and I — August 17th. Every sign I make carries a little of those trips: the castle lights, the parade music, the feeling of walking down Main Street with people you love.

Who actually makes your sign
Three of us, in our Central Ohio workshop. I design, cut, and paint. My mom, Brenda, builds and glues every frame by hand — she's our quality control and my favorite adventure buddy. Leanne keeps orders moving and customers smiling (we met as college high jumpers — some friendships just keep growing).
The craft
Why made-to-order
Your sign doesn't exist until you order it. No warehouse, no production line. We open the shop a few times a year, then build every piece by hand — which is why your sign takes a few weeks to reach you (the current shipping window is always in our Shop Policies). The small marks and wood-grain quirks aren't flaws. They're fingerprints.
