What are your products made of?
All products are real wood, laser-cut or engraved, and hand-finished in Ohio.
— Framed signs: Sanded plywood with hand-painted background, framed in stained wood.
— Cutting boards: Acacia wood, food-safe finish.
— Coasters: Wood with cork backing (set of 4).
What size will I receive?

Why do products look slightly different from the photos?
Every piece is handmade from real wood. Natural grain, knots, and character vary. Light burn marks from laser cutting and small amounts of visible adhesive are normal — that's how you know real hands made yours.
How do I care for my product?
— Framed signs: Indoor use only. Wipe with a dry cloth. Hang with velcro command strips.
— Cutting boards: Hand wash only. Dry immediately. Maintain with food-grade mineral oil.
— Coasters: Indoor use only. Wipe with a dry cloth.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
2-4 weeks. We build every piece after you order — it doesn't exist until you buy it. You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on the way.
Why does it take 2-3 weeks?
Made by hand in Ohio. No warehouse, no inventory. Just a small team building yours with care.
What about holiday orders?
Halloween and Christmas may take 4-6 weeks due to demand. We'll always be upfront about timing.
RETURNS & QUESTIONS
What's your return policy?
All sales are final because each piece is made specifically for you. If something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
